Eligibility for Return

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
  • Products purchased on clearance or special discount may not be eligible for return (unless defective).
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or mobile banking, depending on the order type.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
